FAQ's

1.

I cant attend at the time of the schedule webinar, is there a way that I can still watch it?

All of our attendees receive a link to a recording and a copy of the notes within a week of the event

2.

I would like to present a webinar on EVNT's platform, am I able to do this?

​

Of course! We encourage new speakers to get in contact at sam@exoticvnt.com, to discuss your strengths and experience and topic ideas.

3.

I still havent received my recording from a webinar I signed up to yet.

​

A link with the recording and notes is sent out within a week of the event, to all who register, however these emails tend to hide in peoples junk folders!

Have a look there and if you still cannot find it, please get in contact at sam@exoticvnt.co and I can resend it/ send it to another email.

4.

I am not from Australia, can I still attend a webinar/ watch a recording?

​

Currently, we are able to provide all of our services, including our reference card sets to every country in the world, except the United States of America and Canada. Our insurance unfortunately does not allow us to to provide our services to these two countries at the moment, however it is something that we do endeavour to change in the near future. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

5.

Can I trust the information provided?

All of our works including webinars, seminars and guest talks are well referenced to ensure accuracy, however new research is always being carried out which may disprove old theories. We endeavour to keep all our works up to date, however we do encourage you to do your own research, and speak with your veterinarian regarding your specific case and whether the application the the information we provide is appropriate for your patient.

6.

I have a sick pet at home. Can I ask you for advice?

We are happy to offer general veterinary nursing advice, however we are unfortunately unable to provide veterinary advice. We recommend speaking with your regular vet
